Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - Senior Consultant

We're looking for someone who can blend deep maintenance engineering with hands‑on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Asset Management configuration, bridging the gap between reliability/FMEA practice and pragmatic system enablement. Someone who wants to help shape our team and steer it to success.
What you'll do
* Lead multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
* Provide expert consulting for Supply Chain, Asset Management and Project Management and Accounting (PMA) modules.
* Build strong, lasting client relationships.
* Facilitate workshops and deliver business analysis.
* Support the Pre‑sales team with system demonstrations to prospects.
* Support clients with solution design, system configuration and training.
* Travel regularly across Australia.
What we're looking for
* 7+ years in consulting, with proven Asset Management implementation experience.
* At least 5 full‑cycle Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.
* Strong business analysis and specification development skills.
* Customer‑focused, eager to learn, and ready to help shape our growing team.
* Practical application of FMEA/FMECA, asset criticality, maintenance tactics, and failure analysis.
* Able to convert engineering intent into system behaviour (job types, frequencies, counters, codes, checklists).
* Hands‑on delivery connecting Asset Management with Inventory/Procurement (spares management, consumption, replenishment) and Project Management.
Bonus Points
* Industry exposure in mining, local government/utilities, food & beverage manufacturing, ports/infrastructure.
* Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Master Planning and Advanced Warehouse.
* Experience with Dynaway ISV Add‑ons.
* Familiarity with condition‑monitoring, IoT signal flows and integration with counters/maintenance triggers in D365.
