**About the Role**
Your key responsibility is to the coordinating and overseeing of the daily, safe and efficient working of the railway across two Rail Yards at Port Kembla. Working a **24/7 roster**, you will be accountable for ensuring the safe and timely control of all rail vehicle movements and complying with all policies and standards at the Port Kembla depot.
**About You**
You are proactive**, **with a 'safety first' approach. You are a strong communicator, have great time management skills and the ability to either work autonomously or within a team.
**You will also be able to demonstrate**:
- High-level attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills - in particular Excel
- Proven experience in planning and coordination within rail, manufacturing, mining or heavy industry environment
Qualifications in Train Control and Safe Working as well as an understanding of Train Control Systems will be beneficial.
