**The Role**
This is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Practice/Office Manager to join the growing workforce. In this role you will act as the 2IC to the Executive Administration Manager assisting them with all daily tasks and responsibilities. You will be responsible for providing administrative planning, coordination, and support to the greater team across 4 locations in the East of Melbourne.
Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:_ _
- Senior Leadership support - management meeting notes, communicate and record accordingly.
- Coordinate meetings and event management including venues, catering, agendas etc.
- Preparation of new procedures and policies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for local and overseas staff and guests.
- Prepare HR documents, employment agreements, inductions documents and conduct new staff inductions.
- Assist the Exec Admin Manager in change management, and other projects.
- General business assistance - lead and provide assistance to all internal teams

You are a positive and energetic self-starter with an unwavering passion for fostering a positive working workplace. With previous experience in a similar role, you have a demonstrated commitment to delivering a high standard of office administration and customer service.
- To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following:_ _
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, within a professional environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP or a similar ERP system
- Exposure to the healthcare industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to be proactive, multi-task and effectively prioritise
- High attention to detail and process driven is a must
- Integrity and confidentiality in management of private company information
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- A desire to be mentored on the pathway to a management role is desired
