**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the National Manager - Training Academy, you are responsible for the effective delivery of Instructor-Led training content in line with the overall Training Academy strategy.
Whilst catering to varied stakeholder expectations across multiple business areas, you will work collaboratively with the Academy team and local business leaders to prioritise initiatives and drive value. You will deliver effective and engaging training to key customers and employees, as well as provide coaching and training support to internal employees.
**Accountabilities include**:
- Delivery of a comprehensive catalogue of learning offerings that meet the needs of the business and the overall Training Academy Strategy
- Delivery of structured, flexible, relevant, and interesting product-related training that assists all learners regardless of the level to achieve their training goals.
- Working with key stakeholders to deliver training programs
- Support in-field sales team with upskilling in training delivery by delivering Train-the-Trainer workshops and ongoing coaching
- Take a proactive safety leadership approach, particularly in relation to learners attending your training.
- This role is a champion for learning. It enables growth in product and technical competency of customers and our own employees. A significant amount of domestic travel will be required as you educate and engage with customers and colleagues throughout Victoria and Tasmania.

You are a confident and dynamic professional with a passion for coaching and development. You are a people person and have a natural ability to build rapport rapidly, and influence and interact with a broad range of learners.
Other key skills and experience include:
- Sound commercial and customer service experience
- Understanding/familiarity with products in the DuluxGroup portfolio
- Experience in delivery of live presentations
- Strong organisational and communication skills (written & oral)
- Strong interpersonal / relationship building skills demonstrated
- Experience in the facilitation of both group and individual learning is highly preferred but not necessary
- Certificate IV in training and assessment would be highly regarded
