Key Responsibilities:
* Manage service contracts and related tasks to facilitate works
* Special projects, client account team relief, inspections, maintenance of mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems, cleaning & waste management, energy management, occupational health & safety management, supplier management, emergency response, capital works projects and financial management
Requirements:
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
* Experience working across remote sites (preferable)
* Strong communication abilities
* Excellent presentation skills
* PASSION FOR QUALITY
* Degree in Building or related field
* Several years of experience in facilities management
* Technical understanding of commercial facilities management
* Knowledge of OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety)
* Experience in vendor management
* Basic understanding of technical property aspects
* Ability to manage external providers
* Skills in liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in Excel and Word
* Experience with FM software platforms (preferable)
