About the RoleAs an Agency Assistant in Nursing with H1 Group, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in aged care facilities and community settings across Wollongong.You'll support clients with their daily needs while maintaining dignity, independence, and comfort - all while enjoying flexibility and variety in your work.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Supporting with mobility, hygiene, and nutritional needsProviding emotional and social support to clientsObserving and reporting changes in residents' conditionWorking collaboratively with nursing and care teamsRequirementsCertificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual SupportMinimum 6 months of recent experience in a similar roleFirst Aid & CPR CertificateReliable, professional, and compassionate approachFlexibility to work AM, PM, and Night shifts across multiple facilitiesWhy Join H1 Healthcare?
