Brand‐New Purpose‐Built Centre Edmondson Park is a 140‐places centre with state‐of‐the‐art facilities and both indoor and outdoor areas. We have an amazing community including a team of supportive owners, dedicated and passionate educators and friendly families and children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program learning activities.
• Manage observations and ensure they are completed accurately.
• Oversee daily room practices to maintain quality care.
• Keep all compliance documentation up to date.
• Provide support and motivation to centre staff.
• Lead and develop a core group of educators.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completed a Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent (Recognised by ACECQA).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• Current Working with Children Check and NSW Police Check.
• Thorough working knowledge of Children's Service regulations, the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework.
• Passion and ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture for children, families and colleagues.
• Strong written and verbally communicated skills.
• Personal teaching philosophy.
• Child protection certificate (CHCPRTOOO1/2) or willingness to obtain.

Day shift. Pay $25.00 – $40.00 per hour.
