The Role
With a growing number of enterprise ERP implementation projects in our portfolio, we are seeking talented individuals who can make an immediate impact and help drive our continued success.
In the role of D365 Architect, your expertise in leadership, analysis, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and systems will be essential from day one. You will oversee engagements throughout design, execution, and deployment phases, guiding the adoption of solutions that address both current and future customer requirements.
While your main responsibility will be managing substantial delivery projects including advisory services, implementations, and ongoing improvements. You will also dedicate time to developing strong client relationships and aiding our sales, marketing, and product development initiatives. You will collaborate with leading consultants in the Microsoft Dynamics field, consistently delivering value and excellent results for our clients.
What We Expect:
* Over 10 years of D365 ERP experience including at least 3 of these in a Solution or Functional Architect role.
* Lead ERP programs (D365 Finance and Operations) to align design with enterprise architecture, customer roadmaps, and platform scalability.
* Own the functional solution architecture, including requirements, fit-gap analysis, process design, dependencies, and quality assurance.
* Support pre-sales by shaping solutions, estimating effort, and presenting designs to executives.
* Set, drive and continuously improve solution and architectural standards, reusable patterns, and documentation for consistent delivery.
* Guide delivery consultants and build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Build and maintain lasting partnerships with all stakeholders, including customers, partners, and peers.

Possessing the following skills would be an advantage:
* Experience or implementing or an understanding of the wider D365 business applications ecosystem including areas such as Project Operations, Sales, Power BI.
* Having directly managed individuals or teams in the past or currently.
* A desire to provide thought leadership to the D365 community.
