We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in Victoria. This is a crucial role for ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, with the opportunity to leave a lasting impact in the healthcare industry.

THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure our customers have an outstanding experience from their first point of contact with Active Medical, through to the resolution of their enquiry. You will enhance customer satisfaction, providing efficient, friendly and reliable customer service, ensuring our promise for exceptional service and solutions is upheld.
This customer-focused role offers the opportunity to ensure our experience promise is upheld, identify opportunities for improvement, and help the team achieve its targets and strategic goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Incoming Enquiries – Serve as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone, email and online, handling every customer interaction efficiently and professionally. Manage customer service tickets through to resolution in HubSpot and collaborate across teams to meet customer needs and resolve enquiries.
* Customer Care – Deliver exceptional care and a friendly and knowledgeable experience, leaving the customer feeling valued and confident, setting the stage for swift follow up and continued satisfaction.
* Office Administration Duties – Handle daily administrative tasks including record and system maintenance, as well as coordination of office supplies and daily admin at the Epping office. Welcome and support customers visiting the showroom and reception, as required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
* Experience: 3-4+ years in customer service/relations with experience in handling inbound enquiries through multiple channels (email, phone, website)
* Worker Screening: Must hold COVID vaccination; willing to obtain NDIS Clearance, Police Check, and Blue Card.
* Respectful & Professional: Well-presented, strong communication and face-to-face skills, committed to ethical client interactions that build trust and rapport.
* Adaptable: Ability to manage multiple priorities while adjusting to changing customer needs.
* Tech-savvy: Confident MS Office skills and quick to learn new tools.
