The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne is looking for committed Overnight - In Room Dining Attendants on a part-time basis
Position Summary:
* Responsible for providing guests with exceptional dining experiences during overnight hours.
* Taking orders, preparing trays, delivering meals, and ensuring all requests are fulfilled to Ritz-Carlton's luxury standards.
* Ensure in-room dining back of house area is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
* Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms.
* Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
* Support the food and beverage team in general operational tasks.
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
About You:
* An up-to-date RSA is required
* Previous experience in in-room dining, food & beverage, or a similar hospitality role is highly desirable
* Availability to work overnight shifts is required, and a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism
* Strong communication skills
* Working rights in Australia
* Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
