What you'll do:To manage sales in in Brisbane, Australia"• Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns. Manage the day-to-day sales activities of Crouse-Hinds in Queensland in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy in Australia.Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures and Initiatives to improve the overall performance of the Region.Work closely with Business Managers in Mining and Industrial/Ex. to develop customer–orientated products in application and solution.Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.Coach customer's sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services."Qualifications:"• Diploma of Illumination and Lighting design or equivalent Electrical Trade Certification preferred ""• Previous Sale Experience would be favourable""• Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Applications, Hazardous Experience preferred, proven sales, marketing and customer relations experience.Skills:Must have exemplary customer service skills.Lighting Design Experience preferredPrior budget and experience""• Fluent communication in English.Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.Strong negotiation skills.Able to work autonomously as well as been a strong team member, able to display organizational planning skills and strong time management skills"
