Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead our multidisciplinary civil design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project work to ensure technical, contractual and quality requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and approving technical work related to civil engineering design and project delivery.
* Providing technical expertise throughout feasibility, design, construction and integration phases.
* Managing project budgets, timelines and scope changes.
* Overseeing QA and QC for civil design projects.
* Reviewing and signing off engineering deliverables, reports and technical studies.
* Coordinating and delivering projects and proposals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
* CPEng and/or NER (highly desirable).
* Extensive experience across multidisciplinary civil design projects, including roads, earthworks, drainage, water/tailings storage and flood management.
* Strong report writing and technical review skills.
* Demonstrated project management and client engagement experience.
* Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
* Strong knowledge of Australian and local standards and regulatory requirements.
