Job Overview
A senior Contract Administrator is sought to manage contract documentation and procurement for a major high-rise development on the Gold Coast. The successful candidate will work closely with site teams, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contract documentation, variations, and RFI's
* Procure goods and services as required
* Collaborate with site teams, consultants, and suppliers to deliver the project
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a Contract Administrator on multi-residential builds exceeding $100mil. You will also hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar and possess proficiency in Jobpac (advantageous but not essential).
