Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting lawyers in reviewing and drafting advices, court documents, witness statements, settlement agreements, and correspondence
Reviewing medical records and expert reports to prepare chronologies and summaries of evidence
Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases
Preparing briefs to experts and managing discovery of documents
Assisting in managing communications with clients, barristers, and courts
Preparing and organising materials for court appearances and meetings
