Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead service delivery and customer onboarding initiatives within our Capital system. As a key member of our team, you will drive delivery of service projects into the Capital system, including custom builds and client-specific enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive delivery of service projects into the Capital system.
* Lead end-to-end onboarding of new customers.
* Own timelines, scope, stakeholder engagement, and delivery outcomes.
* Maintain critical documentation.
Technical Execution:
* Experience with REST APIs is essential.
* Support SQL-based data conversion in collaboration with the data team.
* Triage and resolve complex technical implementation issues.
Governance & Reporting:
* Provide regular status updates.
* Adhere to Agile/Lean delivery practices.
* Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
* 1+ years in C#/.NET development.
* 1+ years in SQL development or working with large datasets.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot, script, and work across APIs, databases, and services.
Project Management Skills:
* 1+ years in a delivery or project management role.
* Experience managing external customer implementations.
* Strong grasp of Agile, Kanban, or Lean project methodologies.
Interpersonal & Organizational Strengths:
* Strong communicator and stakeholder manager.
* Highly organized with great attention to detail.
* Able to juggle multiple active initiatives in parallel.
