Additionally, you will support the leadership development of site supervisors and managers.
**About you**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or similar
- Extensive practical experience in a site-based HR generalist role covering IR, ER, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, cultural change, organisational development and HR reporting
- Exposure to HR support for a blue collar workforce
- Demonstrated success facilitating cultural change, previous success in fostering a direct engagement culture will be highly regarded
- Excellent communicator, strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a customer service focus
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Collaborative and natural communicator, with a positive approach to daily tasks
