Job Title: Senior Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen due to a team restructure, and we are looking for a candidate who can work independently and make decisions based on forecasting data analysis.
The successful candidate will have autonomy to make resourcing decisions across service lines, utilizing data to drive decision-making on overtime, bank usage, and rota requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient and effective use of resources in line with agreed planning periods, skills mix, vehicle type, and contractual hours.
* Work alongside scheduling coordinators to review staff abstraction rates and manage annual leave to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
* Contribute to the delivery of trust performance and response targets by maximizing productivity and efficiency of resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* NVQ Level 3 or Diploma in a relevant discipline, or significant previous relevant experience.
* Recognized qualifications in Microsoft Excel to an advanced level.
* Developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze reports and interpret complex statistical data.
* A working knowledge of Working Time Directive Regulations and Data Protection.
