Job Description
As a Graduate Project Manager at GrainCorp, you will have the opportunity to learn from and partner with experienced project managers to develop skills, competency, and capability in managing multidisciplinary engineering projects across the country and port operations.
* Support experienced Project Managers in design, planning, and execution of projects
* Develop and apply skills, knowledge, and processes involved in each phase of the project lifecycle
* Develop end-to-end project documentation
* Understand and manage stakeholder needs
* Assist with project issues and changes
* Participate in project review and log lessons learned
* Identify, assess, and report on risks
* Support procurement activities and contractor management
* Determine appropriate project control mechanisms
* Efficient and regular reporting on project status
