An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Officer to join a State Government department in Subiaco for an initial temporary role until the end of May.
**Your new role**
- Provides Administration support to the Business manager and Business unit
- Data management, record keeping and preparation of communications, including reports and briefings for the Retail Business Development and Performance team
- Assist with the planning and organisation of local and regional retailer events
- Daily calendar management and travel planning
- Develop positive and effective relationships with relevant internal and external customers and stakeholders
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role providing high level customer service to a diverse network of internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in data entry management, record keeping and the collation of information for reporting and briefing purposes
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve business outcomes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
