Phillip Riley are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in NSW.
We are actively recruiting across the following specialisations: Banking, Finance and Accounting, Digital, Sales and Marketing, Technologies, HR, Construction, Property and Engineering, and Education.
Main Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for the recruitment process
* Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, LinkedIn and job boards to attract talent
* Preparing contract and onboarding documentation
* Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances
About you
* Previous recruitment agency experience locally or overseas
* Passion for providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients
* Positive, team‐player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong internal and external business relationships
* High achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales workplace
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

$87,500 - $107,500 + Super
