We are recruiting a commercially minded General Manager to lead a prominent, diversified Family Office based in Shepparton, VIC.
This is a senior appointment navigating legal structures, tax frameworks, and commercial negotiations for a large family group with significant property and investment holdings.
Core Responsibilities
* Commercial Leadership: Lead high-level commercial negotiations and oversee the performance of a diversified asset portfolio.
* Financial Control: Oversee all financial reporting, cash flow management, and capital allocation strategies.
* Family Advisory: Act as the trusted advisor to the board, translating complex financial/legal concepts into clear strategies.
The Successful Candidate
* Qualifications: Must hold a degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance. CA/CPA qualification is preferred but not essential.
* Experience: Proven track record in Business Management at a senior level (GM, CFO, or Commercial Manager).
* Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Shepparton.
