Senior Cook Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Kitchen Manager to oversee food operations at our facility.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage Food Operations: Effectively manage inventory, ordering, and stock control processes to ensure timely delivery and minimize waste.
* Promote Quality Dining: Prepare and serve high-standard meals that meet resident expectations while adhering to quality standards.
* Maintain Compliance: Develop menus, uphold food safety regulations, and act as the site's Food Safety Supervisor to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Sustain Cleanliness: Ensure kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and community facilities are cleaned and sanitized to required standards.
* Verify Temperature Control: Monitor critical temperature limits for food storage and service to guarantee compliance and resident satisfaction.
