Join Compas as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and run a high-performing desk delivering end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent hiring. You'll partner closely with clients, build strong candidate networks, and drive recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced, relationship-led environment—backed by an established Canberra team.
Location: Canberra ACT
Essential Tasks
* Manage end-to-end recruitment: role intake, sourcing, screening, shortlist and offer management
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing recruitment market insights and advice
* Develop candidate pipelines through proactive search, networking, and talent mapping
* Manage compliance and documentation for placements, including clearance‐related requirements
Key Criteria
* Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
* Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, referrals, networking) with a quality‐first mindset
* Confident stakeholder management with excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High attention to detail with ATS/CRM discipline and a drive to exceed recruitment KPIs
