About the role The Queensland Health, Queensland Civil Administrative Tribunal (QH QCAT) Guardianship Program Principal Project Officer will provide support and leadership with the coordination and delivery of the QH QCAT Guardianship Program project non-clinical activities. The role will also undertake specialised program/project activities to enable the successful implementation of the program as it expands. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Application of advanced project management skills to support and further develop the coordination of the QH-QCAT Guardianship Program across multiple Hospital and Health Services, Government Departments, and partnering agencies. * Develop reporting and evaluation framework to support communication of the program outcomes to key stakeholders as per funding commitment. * Work with the Program Lead and Clinical Coordinators to identify, develop, and lead opportunities for continual improvement specific to the program. * Undertake discrete pieces of work such as working with the Program Lead to further enhance the current data reporting including a review of the dashboard to ensure data capture and reporting is optimised and lead the development of a digital platform for the program.
