About This Role
You'll be working closely with the Senior Project Engineer and site teams to manage the technical and commercial delivery of works. The position will take ownership of programming, subcontractor coordination, cost tracking and quality compliance across active work fronts.
Manage daily programming and coordination of site worksOversee subcontractors, plant, procurement and labour resourcesMonitor project costs, forecasting and financial performance against budgetPrepare and manage variations, EOTs and commercial reportingEnsure compliance with project specifications, standards and safety requirementsReview construction methodologies and support site teams with technical guidanceMaintain QA systems, ITPs and project documentationWork closely with supervisors and engineers to keep works on schedule
Requirements
4 + years experience as a Site/Project Engineer in civil constructionExperience on road, bridge or major infrastructure projectsStrong commercial awareness with experience managing project costsProven ability coordinating subcontractors and multiple work frontsEngineering or Construction Management qualificationConfident communicator able to lead engineers and site teamsMust be an Australian / NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
