Supply Chain team
with the creation of a new
Strategic Sourcing Manager
role.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a national, high-impact position where you will shape sourcing strategy across our Australian operations, build long-term supplier partnerships and play a key role in supporting our manufacturing and engineering teams.
What you will be doing
* Lead strategic sourcing across all Australian business units
* Develop and execute multi-year sourcing and category strategies
* Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance and risk mitigation
* Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, negotiations and contract management
* Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Quality
About you
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is highly desirable.
* 7+ years' experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or category management
* Strong commercial and negotiation capability
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering or heavy industry (highly regarded)
* Confident influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex supplier networks
* Applicants must have the right to work in Australia; sponsorship is not available
