IT Project Coordinator – Data Centre Migration Location: Western Sydney Initial 12-month contract About the Role We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented IT Project Coordinator to support a major Data Centre Migration program based in Western Sydney. This role will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure project activities are well‑coordinated, documented, and delivered on schedule. Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager with day‑to‑day coordination of project tasks, schedules, and deliverables. Support the planning and execution of a data centre migration project, including tracking dependencies, risks, and issues. Maintain accurate project documentation including action logs, RAID logs, project plans, and status reports. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on outstanding actions with stakeholders. Oversee information management and document control using SharePoint. Update and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project. Liaise with technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution. Assist with reporting, governance requirements, and stakeholder communication. Required Skills & Experience Australian Citizenship (due to project and security requirements). Previous experience supporting IT projects, ideally within infrastructure, networks, or data centre environments. Strong knowledge of SharePoint for document management. Experience using Microsoft Project to update, track, and report on project schedules. High attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across technical and business domains.
