About the Role
Strategic Growth Solutions Consulting is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Partnerships & Growth Manager to support the expansion of a boutique consulting and strategy advisory practice.
This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the growth of the consulting practice through targeted outreach, collaboration development, and opportunity scouting.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, well organised, and comfortable engaging with founders, executives, organisations, and ecosystem partners.
This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours and the opportunity to work closely with the founding team to help scale a growing social media management, strategy consulting venture and an education-related venture.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify potential consulting clients including founders, SMEs, and organisations
* Conduct targeted outreach through LinkedIn and professional networks
* Initiate conversations and schedule discovery calls
* Maintain and manage a structured lead pipeline
Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
* Identify potential partnerships with organisations, education institutions, industry groups, and ecosystem partners
* Initiate introductions and manage early partnership conversations
* Support the development of collaboration opportunities and joint initiatives
Opportunity Scouting
* Research speaking opportunities, events, panels, and industry forums
* Identify media, podcast, and platform collaborations
* Monitor emerging opportunities aligned with consulting and education initiatives
Operational Support
* Maintain CRM and partnership pipeline
* Assist with preparation of proposals and collaboration discussions
* Support coordination of meetings and follow-ups with prospective partners and clients

Compensation
* Base monthly retainer
