Our Client, The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Team Leader Water Services to provide expert leadership and operational management of our drinking water services.

About the role
The Team Leader Water Services is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of Coffs Harbour's water reticulation systems, reservoirs, and drinking water assets. The role manages budgets, contracts, and maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with NSW Health, DCCEEW, and other regulatory requirements. Innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement are central to strengthening community confidence in the City's water services. Leadership of a skilled team ensures safe, reliable, and efficient outcomes aligned with organisational priorities.

About you
Proven leadership experience in water services or similar.
Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or equivalent).
Eligible to acquire Professional Membership of Engineers Australia.
Strong knowledge of water reticulation operations and compliance.
Skills in contract administration, WHS, and risk management.
Class C Driver's Licence and White Card.

Competitive salary from $118,962.15 per year depending on your capabilities and experience + On call allowance when applicable + 12% superannuation.
Permanent, Full Time, 35 hours per week.
