**This opportunity**
Reporting to the Head of Network Transformation & Program Management, you will play a critical role in the scheduling, governance, and reporting of major delivery projects
**Responsibilities**
- Establish project schedules, lead indicators and weekly reporting and dashboard to reporting
- Plan and manage milestones and interdependencies between project and program schedules
- Monitor, collect and update relevant information to the project activities
- Report, review, and control progress of projects to ensure commitments are achieved and deliverables are met
- Ensure risks and issues related to project delivery are reported and tracked
- Liaise with Project and Program managers to ensure all reporting is accurate and updated by key deadlines
- Work with Project managers to ensure consistency between delivery progress and spend
- Prepare, validate and issue daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to Project Managers, General Managers and Executives
- Maintain and build reporting and dashboards in power BI
- Support General Managers with reporting requirements for their programs and domains and enhance power BI reporting and dashboards
- Evaluate current procedures and make necessary recommendations to improve the efficiency of planning, scheduling, and reporting of projects
- Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Highlight any risks and issues associated with scheduling and reporting
- Manage day to day workload of project scheduler
**Knowledge and experience**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple projects
- Telecommunications experience highly regarded
- Strong Power BI skills to design, build and run dashboards and reports (3 years)
- Advanced MS Office skills particularly in Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Deadline driven with excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work with others, a self-starter with results-driven focus
