Your OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Social Media Manager with a proven growth-hacking mindset to lead and enhance our global brand presence across all social platforms.
This hands-on role shapes how our brand is perceived, engages key audiences, highlights our advancements in AI, and boosts the visibility of our team, products, and overall brand.
You will identify where to invest resources to reach new customer segments in the AI area.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day presence of our social channels, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.Oversee the content calendar and collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, and Communications teams.Explore innovative formats to tell compelling, platform-native stories, positioning our brand as a leader and trusted voice in the AI and tech ecosystem.Create and execute a comprehensive multi-channel social media strategy aligned with company objectives, product launches, and brand positioning, especially as we expand in AI.Identify and target emerging AI customer segments.Source content with internal stakeholders and produce engaging copy, graphics, and multimedia optimized for reach and conversion.Promote executive visibility, distribute blog posts and press coverage, and disseminate key narratives that highlight leadership and core values, using growth-oriented tactics to expand impact.Monitor social media analytics, report on KPIs (engagement, reach, sentiment, conversion), and refine strategies based on data and trends to optimize growth.Engage with followers, customers, influencers, and industry figures to foster a responsive brand presence and identify opportunities to convert engagement into new customer acquisition.Partner with Brand Design, Product Marketing, Internal Communications, and Talent teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone across campaigns and departments, aiming for growth objectives.Contribute to integrated campaign rollouts, event promotions, and product/AI-related announcements with timely social coverage that drives measurable results.What You'll Need5-7 years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably in B2B tech or fast-paced, innovation-centric environments, with a track record of driving measurable growth and customer acquisition.Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube; ability to tailor content for each platform with platform-specific growth insights.Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a clear brand voice optimized for engagement and conversion.Creative and curious mindset; constantly seeking new ways for the brand to stand out online and attract new customers.Solid analytics knowledge with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for optimizing resource allocation and growth.Proven experience collaborating across departments and managing diverse stakeholder inputs to achieve growth objectives.Comfort working in a global organization and adapting voice/content for different regions or audiences.Knowledge of or passion for AI, developer tools, or emerging technologies is advantageous, with understanding of how to target and engage recent customers in these areas.Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) or basic video editing platforms.Experience supporting executive social media presence or ghostwriting for senior leaders to amplify reach and influence.Benefits & ProgramsFlexible working hours, work-from-home allowances, in-office perks, and time off for learning and self developmentGenerous vacation and wellness time off, country-specific holidays, and 100% paid parental leave for all caregiversHealth benefits, employee assistance plans, and annual wellness allowanceCountry-specific life insurance, disability benefits, and retirement/pension programs, plus mobile phone and education allowances#LI-TF1
