You will be based in our beautiful and centrally located corporate head office in North Sydney. The building is less than 5 minutes walk from North Sydney train station. If the hours work in with lectures and classes, the role might suit a university student looking to commit to 25 hours per week for the next 6 months. Working afternoons, with the ability to occasionally work 8am-1pm, you will ensure the reception area presents a positive first impression of the company, greet visitors and provide a high quality of administrative support to the business. Key Responsibilities Greet all visitors, accept and direct parcels, answer calls and distribute messages. Ensure the reception area and all meeting rooms are maintained and present a positive first impression. Administrative duties are varied and could include data entry, mail sorting, stationery orders, catering, coordinating entry passes and car park access, ordering couriers plus other administrative support as required. About You Experience greeting visitors/administration with intermediate skills in Outlook, Word and Excel. A professional, dynamic and customer focused outlook. Demonstrated experience establishing working relationships with a broad range of people. The ability to cover the 8am-1pm shift when needed. This position is urgent requiring the successful candidate to commence immediately.
