We're seeking a dedicated and hands-on HR Advisor to join a leading Civil Mining company based in Perth on a FIFO Contract.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you'll be the go-to person for staff and leaders on site across regional WA.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver HR reporting to support workforce decisions
Support demobilisation and smooth employee transitions
Coordinate re-deployment across projects and teams
Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and close-outs
Work across workflows to ensure coverage of vacant roles
Participate in weekly demob meetings and drive redeployment solutions
Provide clear communication to stakeholders throughout workforce changes
Support planning to keep projects and teams running smoothly
About You:
Proven experience in a HR Advisor role
2/3 years in an on site Civil/Mining HR role
Strong employee relations capability
Confident advising leaders and handling sensitive matters
Able to hit the ground running
