AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We're the people who keep the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure continuous access to our customers' innovations. We work on challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and we're looking for talented people who want to help.
You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You'll collaborate with people across AWS to help deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing significant capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Responsibilities
* Maintain a high level of system (Server/Network) reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently
* Share knowledge and follow best practices in Data Center Operations
* Participate in and deliver on high impact projects
* Contribute to and improve operational efficiency
Additional Role Requirements
* This role may involve bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely
* 24/7 shift coverage is required and includes 12 hour rotating shifts. This may change based on the future needs of the business
* Due to the location of our sites, candidates should possess a valid driver's license and their own vehicle

Basic Qualifications
* 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
* 1+ years of computer networking experience
* High school or equivalent diploma
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
