About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer/Grounds person to join our property maintenance team. In this physical role, you will proactively move around the resort undertaking various general maintenance tasks and repairs to keep the resort property in great condition, which includes Maintain high-standard golf course/grounds, Ensure cleanliness and tidy facilities and Adhere to safety and operating standards.

As a Grounds Maintenance Officer, your key responsibilities include:
* General property & building maintenance & repairs, painting, pool maintenance, general plumbing/drainage, water system, air-conditioning split systems maintenance, gardening & landscaping, planting, mowing & general cleaning
* Use tools, equipment and maintain OHS standards adhering to policies and procedures
* Maintain a clean and tidy work space
This role is full-time 38 hours week. Flexibility is required to work weekdays, weekends & public holidays. Start & finish times may vary, depending on the business needs.
