GO Electrical Charmhaven is seeking a driven Business Manager to strengthen its position in the electrical wholesale market. You’ll bring strong people skills and industry experience to drive strategy, build lasting relationships, and deliver business success.
Your New Role
Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimising the operations, overall sales, and profitability of the business.
You Will
Own and drive overall branch performance, including sales growth and profitability.Build valued and successful working relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team across sales, warehouse, and delivery functions.Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, strong staff engagement, and exceptional customer service.Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and advice with your deep level of industry expertise and superior business knowledge. Implement effective systems and processes to support operational excellence.
What you’ll need to succeed:
You’re a natural born leader with experience and demonstrated success working in a similar senior management role. You will have strong product knowledge and sales experience in the electrical wholesale industry.Client focused and results driven, you are confident and skilled in interacting with customers and team members of varying demographics. Your hands-on, dynamic approach supports your capacity to drive growth in this sector and lead a high performing multifunctional team.With excellent communication skills, you are naturally motivated by building strong relationships and developing new commercial opportunities. You will have a full valid Drivers licence (required) and a Forklift licence (preferred).You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
