Practice Lead: South-west Metro Child Contact Service
This role is responsible for maintaining consistency and good practice standards across all locations of the Child Contact Service program.
The Practice Leads work alongside each other and report to the Program Manager, ensuring that high-quality services are delivered to children and families.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills to join our team as a Practice Lead. You will have tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Social Sciences, or equivalent experience.
You will be experienced in working with children and families, and possess knowledge and skills in managing risk and client suitability. You will also have an understanding of Family Law and/or issues around separated families including children's contact issues.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining consistency and good practice standards across all locations of the Child Contact Service program
* Working alongside the co-Practice Lead to ensure high-quality services are delivered to children and families
* Reporting to the Program Manager on key performance indicators and service delivery
* Providing consultancy on client case coordination, assessing and managing risk, and maintaining standards in family reports and communications to the Family Court
Requirements:
* Tertiary Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Social Sciences, or equivalent experience
* Demonstrated experience in working with children and families
* Knowledge and skills in managing risk and client suitability
* Understanding of Family Law and/or issues around separated families including children's contact issues
