Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our General Managers. This includes preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and documentation of minutes for committees.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced MS Office skills, and outstanding communication and customer service skills. They will also have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and escalate issues as required.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a hybrid working model available. You will play a key role in supporting our pharmaceutical compounding department and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
