Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex finance transformation projects involving digital strategy, process optimization, and implementation of enabling technologies such as ERP, EPM, AI, RPA, and Power BI.
* Inspire and guide high-performing teams by mentoring junior consultants, collaborating across service lines, and delivering integrated solutions that drive sustainable change.
* Engage directly with clients to build trusted relationships, provide strategic insights, and support business development through proposal work, solution design, and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or in-house finance roles, with strong knowledge of core finance functions and proven ability to lead and influence.
