Objectives for the role:
Reporting to the Head of M&A and Investments, you will identify and pursue acquisition opportunities that align with BINGO's strategic growth objectives across existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain detailed financial and valuation models to support investment decisions.
* Support end-to-end deal execution including managing data rooms, coordinating external advisors (financial, legal, tax) and tracking due diligence workstreams.
* Conduct commercial and strategic analysis of target companies and investments, including market analysis, competitive position and key risks.
* Prepare high quality investment papers, presentations and briefing materials.
* Assist in managing multiple concurrent transactions, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of a high standar
* Assist with post‐acquisition integration and performance review
About You:
* 2-5 years' experience in a similar role within a corporate or experience gained in either an investment bank, advisory firm, management consulting or Big Four environment.
* Demonstrated capability in financial modelling, valuation and analytical problem‐solving. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across live deal environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* A team‐first mindset with positive energy, comfortable working in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.
* Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
* Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
