Risk & Compliance Manager
Full-Time | Permanent | Immediate start

Annandale Christian College is seeking a highly capable and experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to oversee and manage key business activities including risk management internal auditing and workplace health and safety This pivotal role provides strategic advice to ensure the College meets its legislative and regulatory requirements and plays a foundational role in integrating the principles of good governance into daily operational practices supporting the ongoing wellbeing of the College community

About You:The successful candidate will have a passion for maintaining a safe and compliant educational environment with a good understanding of risk and compliance principles workplace health and safety legislation and risk management frameworks They will be proactive detail-oriented and capable of offering expert guidance to staff

Key Responsibilities:
Manage develop implement and monitor risk management policies procedures and systems Provide guidance on risk management best practice and support staff in identifying mitigating and managing risks Ensure the College maintains a safe and healthy work environment Conduct regular audits and provide reports on the effectiveness of risk management processes and controls Ensure the College complies with relevant laws regulations and standards Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and integrity

Additional Requirements:
The successful candidate must be a committed Christian with a lifestyle consistent with biblical principles and who aligns with ACC's Statement of Christian Beliefs A pastoral reference must be provided as part of the application process
