As the successful candidate, you will:
* Lead projects from concept design through to construction
* Provide guidance and leadership
* Prepare concept and schematic designs for a variety of building structures to achieve cost-effective and optimum design outcomes
* Undertake detailed analysis, design computations, and run complex models
* Peer review detailed calculations, technical reports, and design concepts
* Mentor and develop engineers, contribute to growing the structural team and the portfolio of clients
* Contribute to innovative and technical improvement projects and designs
* Drive quality and process improvements
* Generate sales and contribute to business development
To be successful in this role, you will:
* 8+ years in structural engineering
* Proven project management skills
* Certified on the National Engineering Register
* Proficient in Spacegass, Etabs, Inducta, and Rapt
* Post Tension slab design experience
