Remuneration: $1823.18 - $2087.88 per week + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Location: Liverpool Hospital, Health Services Building Level 2.

Deliver high‐quality, community‐based occupational therapy that supports clients and carers and promotes optimal health outcomes through comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.

Make a meaningful impact in the community by delivering high‐quality, person‐centred occupational therapy that supports older people and their families to achieve optimal health and independence.

* Deliver comprehensive, community‐based occupational therapy across assessment, treatment planning, implementation, evaluation and safe transition of clients within a multidisciplinary aged care and rehabilitation team.
* Provide person‐centred clinical care and professional advice to clients, carers and healthcare professionals, exercising sound clinical judgement and working within evidence‐based guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members and external service providers to ensure seamless, coordinated care across settings.
* Actively participate in clinical supervision, quality improvement activities, professional development and research to enhance client outcomes and service delivery.
* Maintain high standards of professional practice through accurate documentation, administrative accountability and compliance with NSW Health, AHPRA and SWSLHD frameworks.

Are You the Right Fit?
You are a motivated and capable Occupational Therapist who brings strong clinical expertise, professionalism and a commitment to delivering high‐quality, evidence‐based care in a community setting.

* Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated clinical experience in aged care and rehabilitation, ideally within a community‐based occupational therapy service.
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team across varied care settings.
* Strong commitment to evidence‐based practice, quality improvement and ongoing professional development, supported by excellent communication and digital literacy skills.
* Holds a valid Australian Driver Licence, with the ability to obtain a NSW Driver Licence within three months of appointment.

* Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Outline your experience delivering occupational therapy services in aged care and rehabilitation, with particular reference to work undertaken in a community‐based setting.
* Describe a situation where you assessed and managed an older client in the community, including your role in treatment planning and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
