Asset and Facilities Officer, Clerk Grade 5/6, Wollongong

About the Opportunity:
The role provides direct support coordinating and administering property services, scheduling, reporting and delivering timely and effective Facilities services, including procurement and Contract management.
About the NSW SES:
We are a trusted volunteer-based emergency service working together to deliver excellence in community preparedness and emergency response.
The NSW SES serves the community as the lead agency for Floods, Storms and Tsunamis. We are recognised as the most versatile and widely used emergency service organisation in NSW. Our volunteers are highly skilled, experienced, and well-trained in the wide variety of roles they perform.

About You:
* You will have experience in asset and facilities including program coordination, procurement and contract management
* You will be proficient in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, internal and external
* You will have good written and verbal communication skills
* You will contribute to a cohesive and collaborative team environment and contribute to the development of initiatives to resolve issues and promote effect solutions
* You will be able to analyse data, undertake research and provide timely reporting.
