Key responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children\'s functional abilities and needs
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support children\'s development and independence in daily activities
* Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care
* Provide a mix of clinic-based, community, and home/school visit sessions.
* Document client progress and maintain detailed clinical records
* Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development activities
* Contribute to the growth and development of the occupational therapy service at PaediaTricks\'
What we\'re looking for
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
* Strong clinical skills in areas such as sensory integration, motor skill development, and emotional regulation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
What we offer

* Annual salary range $78K - $115K + Super
