This role owns end‐to‐end customer order and service delivery across export and strategic accounts, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to manage allocation, delivery and service outcomes.Reporting into the Customer Excellence leadership team, the role operates in a fast‐moving and operationally complex. The focus is on accurate order fulfilment, proactive issue resolution and maintaining strong service performance through clear communication, systems management and stakeholder role suits someone with strong customer service or order management experience who is flexible, solutions‐focused and comfortable working through change, with the ability to reprioritise quickly and keep momentum when conditions shift.**Key Responsibilities*** Own customer orders end‐to‐end, managing contract execution and delivery across export and strategic accounts* Act as the central coordination point for order changes, delivery movements and service queries* Partner with Sales, Production, Logistics and Warehousing to manage allocation and resolve supply impacts* Maintain accurate order entry, updates and reporting within SAP‐based systems* Monitor delivery movements and support regular customer reporting and visibility* Deliver service KPIs by responding flexibly to changing supply, priorities and customer requirements**About You*** Experience in customer service, order management or service delivery within a complex or operational environment* Comfortable managing changing priorities and time‐sensitive orders* Clear, professional written communication skills for email‐based customer interaction* Strong attention to detail with confidence working across systems and processes* ERP experience (SAP or similar) highly regarded* Domestic order management experience, with export, logistics or supply chain exposure desirable and a willingness to learn**What We Offer*** A well‐defined role, responsibilities and KPI framework* Flexible hybrid working model – typically 3 days in the office - with a potential anchor day* Exposure to export and strategic customer operations within a supportive, experienced teamTo learn more about this vacancy, please click **"Apply for this job"** to submit your is an equal opportunity employer.
