Key Responsibilities
Perform all landscape / horticulture activities, including planting, formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.
Lawn care, including treating weeds, pests, and disease in small to large acre sized lawns.
Garden refurbishment works with a solid understanding of soil preparation techniques.
Machinery operations / experience and licensing is needed i.e Excavator / Bobcat & Mr Licence.
Ensure the safe operation and transportation of vehicles, plant, and / or equipment, including performing routine checks.
Meet timelines, deadlines, and routines in conjunction with our client's needs.
Conduct regular site inspections, to assess the quality of work and report any issues to the supervisor.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Manage waste disposal and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.

What you need
A Certificate III Horticulture or Certificate in Trade.
MR Licence is needed in this role.
Experience / Competency in Licensing Excavator / Skid steer is needed.
Experience in horticulture, turf, or asset maintenance, including associated plant and equipment.
Chemical Users accreditation (ChemCert or ACUP) (advantageous).
A Traffic Management accreditation (advantageous).
First Aid and Construction Induction (white card) (advantageous).
A willingness to work outdoors.
A strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
A current manual driver's licence (Car & MR).
National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
A legal right to work in Australia.
