Entain Australia & New Zealand are fearlessly revolutionising the sports, racing and wagering industry. We are committed to delivering exceptional and unforgettable customer experiences, fuelled by creativity, innovation, and a strong connection between our audience and industry. At the heart of our organisation is our People team, dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive culture where every individual feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow both personally and professionally.
We're looking for a People Services Manager to play a critical role in shaping the foundation of our People function across Australia and New Zealand. From onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between, you'll lead the way in optimising systems, refining documentation, and driving continuous improvement across our HR operations. This is a role where getting the details right empowers people across the business.
You'll also lead a dedicated HR Administration team, championing a culture of high performance, service quality, and process discipline. This is a unique opportunity that blends compassionate leadership, a systems-driven mindset, and genuine influence on the employee experience. If you're a values-driven professional who's passionate about building strong foundations that help individuals and organisations thrive, this is the role for you.
