A leading company in the retail and beauty sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join their team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within a supportive business. Position Details: Part-time: 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays) Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Reporting to: Operations Manager and Special Projects Solo role: You will be working independently with no direct team members but will be liaising with other relevant teams. Parking: On-site parking provided Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter Purchase Orders (POs) into the inventory system. Send POs via email to relevant stakeholders. Submit POs to the warehouse for dispatch. Follow up to ensure POs have left the premises. Handle enquiries and provide administrative support related to POs. Assist with initial uploading and data maintenance. Support dispatch and related inventory tasks. Ad hoc administrative duties as required. About You: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable (but not essential). Previous experience in retail, beauty, or similar industries is a plus.
