E-Commerce Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager to join our retail business. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust e-commerce strategy to enhance customer experience, drive revenue growth, and maintain operational excellence across all digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and growing online retail businesses. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to grow online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce platform.
* Develop and implement strategies to grow online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Manage and optimise the online product catalogue including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
* Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and website performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
* Work closely with marketing to support digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
* Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to inform strategy and track performance.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Proven experience in a similar e-commerce management role.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
* In-depth understanding of current e-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital tools.
* Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Google Shopping.
* Demonstrable experience in analysing data to make informed, strategic decisions.
* Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
* Strong IT proficiency and analytical mindset.
* Commercial awareness with a strong results and performance focus.
